Aminata Bah-Tall assists in corporate law transactions, corporate restructurings,
Mining, labour and social security issues, taxation and financing operations.
She is particularly interested in issues related to Mining sector, hiring, termination of employment contracts, labour standards, occupational health and safety, the interpretation and application of employment contracts and collective labour agreements.
Aminata BAH - TALL is also involved in overseeing the tax control and legal and tax review missions carried out by the firm staff.
With nearly 15 years of experience, Aminata Bah-Tall coordinates the work of all the cabinet teams and as such, has extensive knowledge of the business law and taxation of the Republic of Guinea.
