Alpha Toubab holds a Master's degree in Business Law from Guinea's General Lansana Conté University.

His areas of expertise include mining law, labor law, business law and development projects in the mining and energy sectors.

He regularly advises on contract negotiation and drafting, business law (OHADA), taxation and legal auditing.

He has also advised lenders and the government of the Republic of Guinea on the financing of infrastructure projects.
